These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClientBuilder.Pro (the "Platform"), which is operated by MK153 INC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using ClientBuilder.Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Platform at any time without liability.

- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring information you provide is accurate and current
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe misuse or unauthorized activity has occurred.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful or deceptive purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or related systems
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
- Misrepresent your identity or business affiliation
5. Third-Party Services
ClientBuilder.Pro may integrate with or rely on third-party services (e.g., review platforms, messaging providers, CRM tools).
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including all software, content, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to the Company.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
7. AI-Generated Content
ClientBuilder.Pro uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested review responses. By using our AI response features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Suggestions Only: AI-generated responses are suggestions provided for your convenience. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all responses before publication.
- No Liability for AI Outputs: MK153 INC is not liable for any damages, claims, or losses arising from AI-generated content that you approve and publish.
- Human Review Required: You acknowledge that automated suggestions require human review and final approval before publication. When you enable auto-publish features, you accept full responsibility for the content published on your behalf.
- Content Ownership: You retain ownership of all responses you approve and publish. ClientBuilder.Pro does not claim ownership of content generated for your use.
8. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee:
- Specific review outcomes
- Review platform behavior
- Business growth or reputation results
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you to ClientBuilder.Proin the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MK153 INC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
- Review responses you approve and publish, including AI-generated content that you reviewed, edited, or approved for publication
- Any claims arising from responses published on your behalf through auto-publish features that you enabled
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or poses risk to the Platform or other users.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
